ich habe ein haus mit ihrer hilfe gekauft und obwohl es nicht so leicht war mit den verkäufern hat alles bestens geklappt
sie ist sehr schlagfertig und ihr entgeht nichts
wer also gerne sicher ein haus kaufen möchte ist bei ihr bestens aufgehoben ( deutsch englisch sprachig )

My job with them was a very straightforward application for new-style residence cards. Capable of doing the job fine - but when I dared to point out that progress was slow and only when I 'chased' them up, I was told that if I was not happy then they would not proceed and I should leave the office. This was almost shouted at me several times by Josefa herself before I managed to calm them down and they agreed to continue with me as a client. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be their client!
