En abril/mayo 2021 necesité urgentemente asistencia jurídica para un caso muy complejo.
Recibí sin previo conocimiento una Orden de ejecución que, en marzo del 2015, tuvo lugar en Inglaterra, mientras yo vivía en España. Necesitaba urgentemente abogados con gran conocimiento del idioma inglés.

We have been working with Konsell since 2022. During these years they guided us through the processes of empadronamiento, residency, private and public healthcare, obtaining DNIs, establishing our tax status, creating wills, and pursuing citizenship. They have always been extremely responsive and willing to meet in person in addition to communicating electronically. Over the last four years, we have gotten to know almost every member of their team, and each one brings a distinctive skill set for the variety of challenges that arises. It has also been extremely helpful that they are all fully bilingual. We recommend them often to family and friends. Their warm and accessible manner makes them a pleasure to work with.

Mi experiencia al contratar al equipo legal de Konsell Abogados y Asesores no ha podido ser mejor.

Mi padre falleció en marzo, sin testamento, y no sabía ni por donde tirar, con todos sus asuntos bancarios, financieros, prestamos, de seguros... . Ellos me guiaron y ayudaron a poner en orden todos los asuntos acompañandome hasta resolverlo todo. Al no haber testamento, hubo algunas dificultades, sobre todo con 3 seguros de vida. Además estaba la reciente compra de un coche nuevo de mi padre, que estaba financiado, que daba ya por perdido.

Lo deje en manos de su equipo legal y gracias a ellos, ahora ya disfruto de los 3 seguros de vida que mi padre hizo, asi como del vehiculo, habiendo cancelado todas las deudas.

Sobre todo valoro el trato más que agradable hacia mi persona y la rapidez y eficacia con la que ejecutaron las diversas gestiones en cada momento.

Volveré a repetir con ellos sin ninguna duda si me hiciese falta de nuevo.

With many foreigners currently struggling to renew their 5-year TIEs (residency cards), and trying for months to secure an appointment at the relevant police office, I decided to use a professional adviser to help me through the process.

Konsell got me an appointment for two days after my card expired, handled all the paperwork and accompanied me to the appointment to make sure everything went smoothly – which it did.

They are going to stay in touch to let me know when my new card is ready for collection and will also be following up with the relevant Spanish authorities to update my TIE card details with them. Thanks to their help, the process has been straightforward and stress-free.

We instructed this Spanish law firm to help locate and close a deceased relative's very old account with a bank in Spain, itself long-since taken over. They navigated us through a complex situation, negotiating a unique Deed with the successor bank's legal department. UK based notaries we approached created hurdles when presented with the Deed for notarisation/legalisation. Konsell then put us in touch with one of their UK contacts who understood the Deed and implemented the process smoothly and professionally. We are an English couple that have retired to Jerez de la Frontera. We do not speak Spanish and we were recommended to this company by a friend. Konsell Abogados have been outstanding, they sorted out our Padron when we moved from Seville. They accompanied us when needed to avoid mistakes on our part.
